blue Zimmerman

It's all over now, Baby Blue

But whatever you wish to keep,
you better grab it fast.

Me gustaría ser lo que precises,
sencillamente y nada más; mas ¿sabe
acaso nadie bien lo que cabe
pedir o recibir?

No aspiro a tanto
-pero lo espero igual. Con eso baste.
La oscuridad persiste. Yo me planto.

Devocionario pop, de Alejandro Arturo González Terriza

You must leave now, take what you need, you think will last
But whatever you wish to keep, you better grab it fast
Yonder stands your orphan with his gun
Crying like a fire in the sun
Look out the saints are comin’ through
And it’s all over now, Baby Blue
The highway is for gamblers, better use your sense
Take what you have gathered from coincidence
The empty-handed painter from your streets
Is drawing crazy patterns on your sheets
This sky, too, is folding under you
And it’s all over now, Baby Blue
All your seasick sailors, they are rowing home
All your reindeer armies, are all going home
The lover who just walked out your door
Has taken all his blankets from the floor
The carpet, too, is moving under you
And it’s all over now, Baby Blue
Leave your stepping stones behind, something calls for you
Forget the dead you’ve left, they will not follow you
The vagabond who’s rapping at your door
Is standing in the clothes that you once wore
Strike another match, go start anew
And it’s all over now, Baby Blue.

Bob Dylan

cosas que se escapan

Flaming

Un globo, dos globos,
tres globos.

La luna es un globo
que se me escapó.
(Gloria Fuertes)

Serenidad: globo sonda.
Gloria Fuertes que voló.
La Fortuna es un reló
con cordaje de anaconda:
una inmensidad cachonda
como el sexo de un imán.
Llegan versos. ¿Dónde van

a doler mejor que en casa?
Llueve el sol. El tiempo pasa.
Micropuntos. Peter Pan.

Alone in the clouds all blue
Lying on an eiderdown.
Yippee! You can't see me
But I can you.

Lazing in the foggy dew
Sitting on a unicorn.
No fair, you can't hear me
But I can you.

Watching buttercups cup the light
Sleeping on a dandelion.
Too much, I won't touch you
But then I might.

Screaming through the starlit sky
Traveling by telephone.
Hey ho, here we go

if something you missed didn't even exist

All This Useless Beauty

Sudan tinta de nube
las hojas frías
y las ascuas de nieve
de las colinas.

Todo al fin es milagro,
nada por nada,
el cristal imposible
de la mañana
y el sabor de las cosas
cuando resbalan,

Frágil es el acuerdo
de los sentidos.
Uno al fin solo tiene
lo que ha perdido.
